Food, Cooking and Meals
When you are out on the trail you will need some food along the way. From finding edibles in the wild, to camping food, and long term storage ideas, we will cover it all.
Alocs Stove
This is one handy and convenient stove for camping, survival, or just for making a quick meal in the park. With a gasketed lid you can fill it with alcohol for transport and then when you are done using it and extinguish the flame with the included cap you can put the screw on lid back on and save the remaining fuel for the next meal.
Max Life Potato Soup
A great option for long term storage or food for the trail is the Max Life Potato soup. Just heat up some water and add the soup, stir until everything is reconstituted and enjoy. This is one of my personal favorites.
Bacon and Biscuits Camping Style
Today we are making a breakfast option for when you are out camping. This can be done on an alcohol stove like I do in the video or on any number of other heating methods. This is a very good and easy breakfast choice.
Picking Asparagus
Today we are hunting for and picking asparagus. Asparagus is a plant that has a root system in the ground that will grow back year after year in many cases. It is also packed with beneficial vitamins, and of course many of us love the taste as well.
Max Life Freeze Dried Fruit
After tasting the freeze-dried fruit from Max Life, I will be adding this to my camping supplies and long-term food storage. This receives a thumbs up for taste and value.
